As further specified herein, in order to get a refund, the purchased item must be returned within the applicable return period, delivered to us with no damage, along with your return receipt that will be provided to you.
Items cannot be returned if they have been damaged, altered, or misused after delivery to the customer. To be eligible for refund, the item must be in substantially new condition.
- Return Period. You may return any item purchased from us within thirty days (30) days from the original shipping date for a full refund or exchange.

You can ship the item you wish to return to us if you follow the following instructions.
- Within the return period, contact us by email at email@example.com and let us know the reason for your return.
- Upon receiving your request, a customer service representative will email you instructions for repackaging and mailing the item to us.
- Follow the instructions provided for repackaging and ship the package to us. The BeeLoved does not pay for shipping costs of items for return.
How Refunds Will Be Paid
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded through the issue of a credit to the original card. Purchases made via Pay Pal will be credited back to the same Pay Pal account.
